We have had 28 internal, sales-related promotions in the last 12 months because of our comprehensive, ongoing training and established career path. Now we must fill positions in our Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Mitsubishi, Kia, Subaru, and Suzuki stores located in the Avondale Automall.
Paid In-house Training!
Some dealers use third party training companies that charge the applicants a fee to be initially trained, but not Avondale. Avondale offers a fully paid, in-house training program for all new salespeople (no investment required). We’ll pay you $500 for your first week of classroom training! We also guarantee you a minimum of $2,000 per month income or sales commissions, whichever are greater, for 3 months. We realize that sometimes it takes a couple of months to get your feet wet, and we don’t want you to have to worry about making less than at least $2,000 per month. With our fantastic in-house training program, we expect you will make much more! Experienced Sales Associates can earn up to $120,000 annually! Automobile Sales are on the rise! The Automotive News, a national automotive trade publication, reports actual monthly sales throughout the automotive industry has increased 16.2% from July of 2004 to July of 2005. As a whole, the industry could have one of its strongest years in history despite soaring gasoline and oil prices. This increase definitively proves that the auto industry has become a safety valve for the economy even in its toughest times. This also translates into phenomenal job security.
