Administrative Assistant

Do you like challenges? Do you like to multi - task? If so, Volt Services has the job for you! Our client located in the City of Fountain Valley is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant. The job duties include; Provide administrative support for Employment and Compensation. Set up appointments, prepare letters and conduct new hire orientation paperwork. Assist with Phase II new hire orientation packets.Schedule travel arrangements, type correspondence via email.File paperwork and maintain Department archives. Update quarterly Organizational charts. Sort and distribute department mail. Coordinate business travel schedules. Assist with other special projects.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Korean (Read and Write)Must be a high school graduateBachelor's degree preferred3-5 years administrative experienceProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointWorking knowledge of J.D. Edwards a plus
