performing the duties and responsibilities listed below in an efficient
and effective manner.

* Prepare tax returns - individual, corporate, S corporation, partnership
* Conduct tax research
* Handle routine client tax questions, and work with clients to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance.
* Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
* Recognizing and informing senior management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients.
* Keeping abreast of the latest developments as the relate to tax regulations and policies.
* Becomes familiar with and adheres to the Firm's policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum BS/BA Degree from an accredited college in accounting, with 150 hours completed
Minimum 3.0 GPA
CPA or CPA Candidate
At least 1 year experience with a CPA firm
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Self-motivated and positive work ethic
Ability to work well with others as a team

Additional Experience Preferred, but not Required:

Experience with S Corporations and Partnerships preferred
Experience with corporations and consolidated returns is preferred
Experience with multi-state returns is preferred
Basic understanding of tax research is preferred
