State Controller

Arizona Oncology Associates, an affiliate of US Oncology, the nation’s largest cancer care network, has an exciting opportunity. Position is based at our Central Business Office in Tucson, AZ.

As a key member of the management team this individual will oversee financial/accounting operations. Responsibilities include: financial analysis and reporting, board presentations, payroll, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, internal control, external regulations and the daily supervision of the accounting team.

Position is based in Tucson, AZ
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum seven (7) years experience in fiscal management, three (3) years public accounting experience preferred, CPA, CMPA preferred
Health Care experience preferred
Advanced financial accounting and reporting experience, skill in analyzing financial data and preparing related reports
Strong organizational and project planning skills
Excellent communication skills, ability to work with all levels of management
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Some travel required throughout State of Arizona and occasional out-of-State
