Staff Accountant

Dynamic, growing electronics company headquartered in the greater Phoenix area seeks a Staff Accountant to joining their company. This position is part of a respected team and has great growth potential. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the maintenance of several financial entities.

Duties:
- Perform account recording, research, reconciliation, and analysis of several accounts.
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal customers.
- Perform special accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Technical skills performing account reconciliation, cost analysis, and month-end closing responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills. Must be strong team player.
- Good problem-solving and problem analysis skills.
- Must be highly efficient in MS Office products - especially Excel.
- Experience with Great Plains or ADP is a plus.
