We seek an analytical team player to take on a senior-level role in our Operations division. This position, focused on analysis and auditing, offers plenty of job variety and unmatched advancement potential with a Fortune 100 Company.



Key responsibilities include:


Targeting overpaid claims and working to recover lost funds within an assigned region
Auditing and analyzing claims data to identify overpayments
Reviewing contracts to ensure consistency between paper documents and their electronic versions
Adhering to state government guidelines regarding claims and contracts
Initiating and following up on claims adjustments
Working with the Algorithm Team to develop and implement recovery reports
Testing recovery reports for accuracy, and verifying that they meet specifications

Job Requirements:

Claims experience is required, as are solid analytical skills. Auditing experience is preferred. A background in financial reporting and working with health payers would be very helpful in this role. MS Access and Excel skills are essential.
