Integrity Lending is hiring for a SENIOR Loan Processor

Specific Duties for Senior Loan Processor:

Reviewing incoming documentation within 24 hours of receipt, clearing conditions, and assuring loans are processed in accordance with company policy and procedure. Analyzing documentation to make sure it meets program guidelines. Structure loan in preparation for underwriting. Communication of loan status and unresolved conditions in an accurate, timely and professional manner. Seeing the loan from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for Senior Loan Processor:
We are looking for Loan Processors with 2+ years experience with a Mortgage Broker. This individual must be detail oriented, flexible, organized and an all around "Team Player". Successful candidates must be computer literate with proficiency in Calyx Point.
