We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to be located at our corporate office in Green Bay, WI. A Senior Business Analyst will provide Business Analyst support for our non-regulated subsidiaries including coordinating and facilitating system requests. In addition, you will clarify requirements with functional leaders and work groups, coordinate testing efforts and business resources for IT and income stream leaders. You will also develop reports & queries and develop an environment that will ultimately support a user community of technically skilled clients. Lastly, you will assist functional leaders in the support of ongoing business training. This position reports to the IT Leader – Application Development.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related discipline or the equivalent experience. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in information technology, customer service processes/relationships, user training and systems support development. Knowledge of project management as well as experience in project management is a must. In addition, knowledge of the energy industry is a plus, but not required.
