Senior Accountant

Classification: Temporary Compensation: Pay up to $25.20 per hour Specializing in development and/or Construction accounting. Proficient in job costing and project reviews including AIA's, Lien Laws, monthly budget reporting, contract review, developer, GC and Sub Draws. The Senior Accountant is responsible for supervising and training the Staff Accountants in providing accounting support for corporate accounting functions. The Senior Accountant assists with preparation of budgets, reviews monthly operating statements and bank reconciliations, and performs general ledger analysis, Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 3+ years of accounting experience required. Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
