SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST – Sheboygan, WI

Due to new long-term programs, the J.L. French Corporation, a global manufacturer of aluminum die casted parts and engineered assemblies for the automotive industry, is looking to fill the following position at its Sheboygan, Wisconsin headquarters. Sheboygan, located 45 minutes north of Milwaukee on the scenic shores of Lake Michigan, supports a quality of lifestyle that is hard to beat.

The fundamental objective of this position is to analyze and review financial data on a plant-level and consolidated basis. Included in this role is the development and maintenance of analytical models for review of the organization, including both financial and operational areas. This position, reporting to the Director – Financial Reporting & Analysis, will work closely with various corporate individuals as well as business unit controllers and their respective departments.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Finance or Accounting with a minimum 4 years of successful, progressively responsible experience in corporate or plant-level accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Exceptional interpersonal, analytical and computer (esp. Excel and Access) skills are required. Previous experience with Hyperion and MAPICS software an added plus. The individual best suited for this position will possess the ability to solve problems, multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
