Program/Business Analyst

PDS Technical Services is a provider of contract staffing to Fortune 100 - 1000 companies in the Engineering and IT arenas. We are currently seeking a Program/Business Analyst candidate.

This position is to be part of an integrated team that is developing interfaces to Legacy Systems, including Oracle and Mainframe. This position will be a liaison between the integrated team, as well as the Support Systems IT organization and develop Touch Point systems analysis, and identify gaps in design. The candidate is will have primary responsibility to perform Oracle construction tasks based on the approved designs.Job Requirements
Ideal candidate will possess strong writing and communication skills; Requirements gathering; Oracle SQL; Oracle PL/SQL; Oracle forms; MicroSoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Visio; Good Team Player performing heavy interaction with Customers and Team; Ability to design and review systems.
Strongly Desired Skills: Experience in following structured system life cycle processes; CMMI Level 3, Software Lifecycle Development Processes or equivalent; Oracle Forms and Reports; microsoft Access, Module Version Control tool; JAVA; design tool for screen and report layouts; Manufacturing systems, especially Bill of Material structures; Ordering systems and Order Tracking; security and commands. Skills that are a plus: PVCS (Version Control Software); Microsoft Visual Basic; Windows Instant Messenger, A2A (Application To Application) File Transfers.
