MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)Perform payroll function for Call Center employees.Coordinate the timely processing of biweekly time sheets.Verifies the accuracy of all payroll information. Sorts and distributes paychecks, researches and responds to errors or problems.Completes employment verifications. Works closely with HR Staff, Call Center Management, Employees and Corporate HR and Payroll Staff.Prepares a variety of computer-generated reports relating to attendance, overtime, commissions and regular pay.Performs other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.Files paperwork as necessary, ensuring records and personnel files are maintained in accordance with State and Federal employment laws.Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.Qualifications
EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalentEXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated proficiency in math
2-3 years of experience processing payroll (ADP payroll systems knowledge, a plus)
Strong attention to detail and proficient analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Must have recent working knowledge of Excel, Windows, Access and other word processing software programs
