Operations Manager

A dynamic, rapidly-growing, reputable leader in the landscaping and lawncare industry needs a take-charge individual with proven Administrative and Leadership abilities to contribute to the strategic development of this organization. Knowledge and experience in landscape construction or related construction operations is essential. You will work with some of the brightest individuals in the industry and report directly to the President.

You will be responsible leading and directing all functional areas of the organization; estimating, project managers, construction supervisors, administrative and other related disciplines.

Essential Functions:

•Direct and monitor the management processes to implement strategic and operational goals and objectives;
•Establishing and maintaining the organizational integrity;
•Organize and direct all departmental functions to ensure timely and profitable completion of all projects;
•Create and maintain a dynamic and vibrant company environment with the goal of continuous improvement, innovative products and services, and ultimate customer satisfaction;
•Ensure compliance with various government laws, rules and regulations

Experience Desired:

•Eight plus years of General Management duties of similar organizations;
•Entrepreneurial aptitude in the start up and/or growth of an organization;
•Knowledge of landscape construction, construction excavation or related construction operations is required;
•Strategic and financial modeling and planning/analysis;
•Verifiable leadership accomplishments regarding human capital management and profitable/effective operations;
•Ability to interact and produce results with employees, supervisors, and customers
