Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Robbins Sports Surfaces, an installer of athletic flooring materials for the NBA, the Olympics as well as colleges, universities and other sports facilities throughout the world, has an opening for an experienced Office Manager in our Mesa, Arizona office.

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative functions of the company, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, general ledger, financial reporting, human resources and payroll functions, purchasing activities, customer service, receptionist duties, correspondence and office maintenance, manages all billing and collection activities, and assists with job bids, job costing and contracts. This position is also responsible for any other support functions that are deemed necessary by the General Manager or Robbins Inc.

Position requires a minimum of an Associates Degree in business administration or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years experience.
Candidates must posses:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Positive Customer Service attitude with outside customers, internal customers, and vendors.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Computer experience including: working knowledge of accounting software – preferably geared toward construction (minimum of 2 years), word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities between the LLC Management and the Corporate Office.
• Ability to multi-task and wear numerous hats.
• Proficient in operating the independent office of a developing LLC.
• Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Respectful of top management and committed to corporate vision and mission.
• Interest in continuous self-development.
• Accounts Receivable experience in a construction environment including experience with billing, job cost reports, other project related documentation, and experience with collections.
• Accounts Payable experience including knowledge of coding and journal entries.
