Management Trainee

Throughout the year of Regions IBS Development Program:
Must achieve overall knowledge of accounts receivable operations including sales, credit analysis/administration, dealer service, customer service, collections and accounting.
Responsible for credit evaluation/administration and financial analysis.
Ensure unit develops and maintains effecting communications to ensure consistent and high quality customer service.
Collection of high risk, seriously delinquent, or accounts requiring special attention as may be designated by management.
Work closely with peers to ensure successful department performance.
May be assigned to opening and closing the divisions and other operational tasks.
May supervise all department operations in the absence of the Department Manager.
May monitor department service quality levels and coach staff to achieve appropriate levels.
Assist in keeping departments in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Assist the manager in coordinating department activities with other divisions.
Assist with employee activities. Assist with problems and take action when necessary to ensure work quality standards and planned schedules are maintained.
Participate in training and meetings on operational issues with company management and staff.
Ensure that compliance, audit and security procedures are followed
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree: Minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 or equivalent
8 yrs qualifying work experience preferred
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent oral and presentation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective problem solving and time management skills.
Experience in credit analysis, customer service, or collections a plus
Skilled in applicable computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
Knowledgeable of Internet usage in order to obtain resource material and execute work duties.
