Human Resources Driver – Lead our Financial Services Practice!

Clifton Gunderson Financial Services (CGFS) is a subsidiary of Clifton Gunderson LLP, a premier middle-market CPA and Consulting firm that has experienced some impressive growth in the past several years. CGFS is moving their home base to Madison, WI, and we are looking for an experienced HR professional to drive the human resources function of this high-performing team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to take a lead role and contribute to the growth of one of the nation's top firms! You'll integrate strategic HR programs such as our nationally recognized mentor program, POWER Hiring, and a number of other HR initiatives that will enhance your analytical, HR and leadership capabilities! Your 4+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience, Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field, and your commitment to a team environment will create an extremely rewarding opportunity for you!
