Responsibilities include: Completing daily reviews of various functions and processes performed within the Home Equity collections area. Establishing an organizational schedule to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reviews are completed within departmental guidelines. Document and report findings to upper management when out of policy conditions are identified. Follow up on out of policy conditions and document the resolution. Organize and maintain an Audit Library for future audit purposes comprised of daily, weekly, and monthly reviews. Participate in the development and implementation of new reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
1 year prior internal or external compliance review experience required.A good understanding of the job duties from past experience.Prior collection experience would be a Plus.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills when dealing with difficult situations.Excellent oral and written communication skills.The ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Lotus Notes (Access would be a Plus) as well as standard office equipment.Ability to interface with management and associates in a tactful manner.
