Financial and Administration Service Director

A Government Services provider located in Yuma Arizona is looking for a Financial and Administration Services Director.

This position will report to the Program Manager and the Business Manager. He/she will be responsible for Contract Administration, Accounting and Human Resources. The Financial Administration Director will supervise Accounting Clerks and Personnel Specialists and will work closely with the Government Customer on reporting and contract administration issues.

Job Responsibilities Include

Accounts payable, payroll labor processing, cost reporting, preparation of cost vouchers, preparation of monthly financial reports, benefits administration, labor relations and personnel administration
REQUIREMENTS
Education

•Requires a Bachelor in Business Administration or Accounting and 5-7 years experience in the Accounting field
•Will accept an Associate Degree in Business or Accounting with 7-10 years experience in the Accounting field.

Experience

•Experience managing a Business or Accounting Office to include supervision of staff
•Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in Microsoft Word and Power Point
•Advanced experience using Excel
•Experience with Access or other Data Base software desirable
•Experience with DELTEK System 1, CostPoint or comparable General Ledger software systems
•Experience in Cost Accounting, Federal Acquisition Regulations to include Government Accounting
oAllowable and non-allowable cost
oGeneral and Administrative Pools
oFringe Pools – Accounting for Over-Under fringe
