Finance Manager

To provide effective financial/ cash flow control and report preparation providing reliable and detailed analysis of financial data in an extremely fast-paced and deadline driven environment. Applicants must have solid experience in a leadership role successfully managing and performing the following essential functions:
-Month end tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements.
-Timely and accurate provision of information on current and future cash position to corporate and senior management.
-Maintain and report to Senior management on manufacturing unit's KPIs.
-Maintain rolling cash forecasting models and perform monthly cashflow vs variance analysis for local management and corporate division.
-Control and report on multi-project financial status to Project Managers on financial performance against budget. -Fixed assets, A/P, A/R, General Ledger.
-Implementation and maintenance of appropriate accounting and internal control processes adequate for A-IFRS standards
Temporary position with the option of permanent hire.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum experience: BS in Accounting, CPA, or CMA and 5 + years experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with FICO module of SAP.
Other qualifications: Must have strong communication skills in order to effectively report to and work with Senior management in achieving objectives and be comfortable taking initiative and being assertive in areas of responsibility.
