Director of Finance - Racine

All Saints' places our patients first and strives to ensure every experience with All Saints Healthcare is a positive one.Under the supervision of the Corporate Director-Budgeting and Strategic Financial Planning, this position directs and leads the activities of budget and financial analysis function. Works directly with the President and the other members of the Administrative Team at the site regarding financial issues. Serves as a member of the site's Administrative Team and presents monthly financial reports to the site's President, site's internal Board of Directors, Finance & Operation Reviews along with department leaders. Directs and coordinates the development of operating and capital budgets, financial analysis, preparation of proformas and business cases and makes recommendations for management decision making.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree: Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration or Related Field.
5-7 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare/hospital setting.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to develop recommendations for areas identified as needing improvement.
High competency in negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, physicians, and staff.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to listen, understand, and influence.
Ability to respond and prioritize effectively and ability to meet time deadlines.
Effective and decisive under pressure caused by complex situations.
Independent/flexible problem-solver with ability to cope positively with changes in work environment
