Candidates should possess a 4-year degree and 7-10 years of related work experience.

Refinery experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Work well with field construction supervision and personnel.

Strong organizing skills, and excellent written and oral communication.

Must be well-organized and clear thinking with good judgment and problem solving capabilities.

Ability to present and explain information to in house managers and clients.

Must be flexible and able to work successfully in a dynamic team environment

Should possess a demonstrated ability to manage a high volume workload.

Ability to write coherent and succinct status/progress reports.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, and percentages.

Practical knowledge of subcontracting activities typical to the engineering and construction industry is preferred.

Familiarization with critical path method (CPM) scheduling techniques is highly desireable
