Corporate Tax Manager

Our client, a well established industry leader is seeking a professional to direct all internal corporate tax functions including consolidated income tax compliance, tax planning, M&A related issues, interface with legal and accountants. Excellent working environment and great location. Supervise small staff. This position will appeal to someone who has approximately 5-10 years public tax experience (or combo public/private) and to someone who appreciates appropriate work/life balance issues.

REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum requirements for this position include 3-4 years tax experience with a large public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred but not required), a related college degree and current CPA certification.
-Strong communications skills, verbal and written.
-Supervisory experience and management potential.
