Day to Day Responsibilities:Oversee management and direction of Finance, Contracts and IT.Financials consolidated up to the SBU levelBusiness ForecastsFinancial Strategic PlanReview new acquisitionsResponsible for managing cash issuesReview and negotiate contract terms and conditionsResponsible for PayrollReview Sarbanes OxleyProvide program reviews and estimatesResponsible for IT including strategic directionAnalyze business situations, provide direction, keep business units on track financiallyHire/fire/ performance review of direct and indirect staffKeep expenses in line with plan/budget
REQUIREMENTS
Skills Required:10-20 years of experienceBS in Management, Finance or AccountingGovernment Contractor experience with multiple program experienceJob and cost accounting experienceExperience in organization with minimum of $25 million in revenuesGAAP and FAR25-50% Travel required (within the US) Skills Desired:CPAOracle FinancialsHyperion
