Job Duties:
Produce and analyze financial statements. Manage and perform all functions of general ledger, payroll, accounts receivable, billing, credit, collections, accounts payable, job cost, human resources (with Paychex support) and benefits administration, including respective problem resolution.
Prepare daily deposits, produce journal entries and accruals, reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts, analyze job cost and financial statement variances.
Process and coordinate semi-monthly payroll and related payroll taxes through Paychex.
Process weekly check runs, pay monthly TPT tax and commissions, process W-9’s.
Produce weekly cash flow reports and manage banking relationships
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Familiarity with MAS90 and accounting software upgrades preferred.
Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Access.
Wage $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 depending upon experience. 100% Medical, Standard Holidays
