As leaders in governmental and not-for-profit accounting and auditing, we’re seeking experienced and ambitious individuals for senior positions in our Phoenix and Tucson offices. As a member of our audit or consulting teams, you will be providing assistance to our client base, which includes school districts, municipalities, charter schools and nonprofit organizations. REQUIREMENTS
B.S. in Accounting is required. Major GPA of 3.0 and an overall GPA of 3.0 preferred.For senior positions, you must have at least two years of experience in governmental and/or not-for-profit accounting.CPA or CPA candidates preferred.Travel required for all positions. (Amount varies according to job assignments.)

Responsiblities include:Evaluates client’s internal controls or analyzes accounts as required by the engagement and prepares engagement documentation. Interviews client for data and supporting documentation needed to assess client operations. Assist with client conference to discuss findings and recommendations with client personnel.Evaluates the client’s compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and federal and state laws, regulations, policies and procedures.Maintains engagement working papers in accordance with firm policy.Assigns work to subordinates and adjusts workflow to meet priorities or deadlines.Supervises assigned staff members, including their training and development. Periodically reviews subordinates’ work.
