REQUIREMENTS
Positions require 1-2 years experience in medical billing/collections, and familiarity with government and private insurance. Additionally, applicants must have at least 2 years call center experience and be capable of handling a high volume of inbound calls; demonstrated problem solving skills; flexibility and willingness to adapt to change; and the ability to consistently meet department performance objectives. Knowledge of medical terminology and/or homecare, and PC skills a plus.
