Client Service Analyst
Mercer Advisors currently has an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Analyst in our Scottsdale, AZ office! Endorsed by more than a dozen state dental and medical associations, we provide intelligently designed, fee-only investment, financial planning and practice profitability services for dental professionals.The Client Services Analyst will support the Vice President of Client Services in activities necessary to ensure success of Client Services teams in achieving company performance standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Create system for reporting of Client Service team results tracking various statistics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and year to year basis.
•Develop documentation of Client Service workflows, best practices, quality assurance standards, training programs, training manuals, policies, and related documentation.
•Develop and distribute written communication to Client Service teams to direct their activities in alignment with current corporate initiatives as defined by the Vice President of Client Services.
•Coordinate with other Mercer departments to identify, research, and develop ongoing standards, tools, resources, leverage able output, with corresponding documentation to enhance their support of Client Service teams.
•Create presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, audio, video, and other forms of communication.
•Manage content, layout, and ongoing maintenance of Client Services internal website.
•Deliver relevant training to Client Service teams.
•Orchestrate and participate in meetings in alignment with objectives.Mercer Advisors is committed to success through teamwork. REQUIREMENTS
•At least 3 years experience in financial or related field
•College degree in business or related education, MBA is a plus.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Business mathematical skills and ability to operate a financial calculator
•Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate with sincerity and integrity
•Ability to work with a dynamic group of team members, managers and partners
•Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Windows, and similar software
•Proficient in using spreadsheet and word processing programs
