Fast-paced and growing real estate office has opening for Chief Financial/Operating Officer (Market Center Administrator) for the largest real estate office in the Southwest Valley. Skills: strong accounting/full charge bookkeeping, supervision of staff, purchasing, processing of all agent transactions into office financial system, accurate banking and accounting services, computer input, general office skills, agent liaison, maintaining files, preparation of financial reports, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing office equipment and software. Must have strong computer and accounting/bookkeeping background. Position requires someone who is detail-oriented, likes people, and has the ability to maintain a functional and service-oriented office. Salary and benefits to be determined. Bonus on profit after 12 months in position.
