Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Controller

KE & G Development in Tucson, Arizona is looking for a high-quality financial executive to manage its financial operations with accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities include:

Oversight of existing accounting department and all facets of the accounting system and records, including job-costing, cash management, payroll, financing, monthly financial statements, accounts receivable and accounts payable. This position will be a member of the management team and is expected to supervise staff.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified individual will demonstrate the ability to:
*Prepare GAAP basis financial statements on a quarterly basis.
*Manage relationships with external parties in a professional manner, e.g. primary contact for bank, bonding.
*Use computers to manage data, create and communicate information, and resolve business issues.
*Establish and monitor internal controls successfully.
*Communicate on a professional level, both verbally and in writing.
*Manage the work of staff members and provide coaching to enhance work quality and career development.
