As a Recovery Specialist, you will contact our clients’ customers through consistent telephone contact to resolve outstanding balances. You will be responsible for effectively managing accounts to ensure service excellence and professionalism. Experience in the debt collection industry is not required. 1. High School diploma/equivalent or higher
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate
3. Ability to analyze and resolve problems
4. Self-motivated with the desire to achieve financial success
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Related work experience in collections, sales, customer service or call center
7. Being bilingual in Spanish is also a plus
