CASH MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST II (JOB # 14013)Seattle, WA Manage daily cash receipts in the following role: Assist in the controls, balances and deposits of daily cash receipts to maximize return Coordinate with other departments within the corporation to achieve this task Analyze and research incoming payments and reconcile daily deposits and cash transactions to assure that corporate funds/assets are maintained and assets are protected
REQUIREMENTS
Combine your data entry experience with the following skills: A minimum of 2 years accounts receivable/payable, banking operations or similar cash management type experience or an equivalent combination of job related education and work experience Bank back office, Lockbox, Data Entry, or Accounts payable experience preferred 10-key calculator by touch - 8,500 KSPH or 40 WPM keyboarding/typing Knowledge of general office practices and procedures Effective communication skills, both oral and writing Ability to key in accounting data and process detailed data accurately Apply mathematical principles Exercise good judgment and discretion in confidential matters Ability to work overtime as required Experience using a variety of personal computer software applications including Excel and Word to perform accounting functions Work hours - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMHard work and dedication is rewarded at Regence:We offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.For consideration, please visit our Web site at www.regence.com/careers and Apply Online to Job # 14013.We are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to workforce diversity and a drug and smoke-free workplace.
