CASH APPLICATIONS TEAM LEAD

CHW is seeking a Cash Applications Team Lead responsible for the management of the cash posting, lock box site, and scanning process.


This position is responsible for managing and coordinating team efforts towards posting cash within a 24-hour timeframe. Provides coaching, feedback, and motivation to work together in a team environment to accomplish the cash goals. Will ensure timely and accurate payment posting, track errors for training and employee feedback, and support for the PFS Department.Job Requirements
Successful candidate will possess a High School diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework in business administration or accounting preferred. Must have one to three years leadership experience in a fast paced environment. Requires three to five years experience and excellent working knowledge of cash posting procedures including knowledge of electronic funds transfers, lockbox procedures, daily deposits and general cash handling procedures. Demonstrated experience in customer service. Demonstrated success working in a team environment focused on meeting organization goals and objectives required.
