Employee should have experience running payroll reports, doing AP and AR. They do have a payroll system that cuts the checks. They use Vantage but as long as a person has accounting software experience, they can train. Good personality, detailed orientated, and focused are needed for this busy, challenging position!

2735--ADMINISTRATIVE/BOOKKEEPING--APPLETONDuties: This is a temp to hire position for a very small, very casual company. Employee will be answering phones, taking service calls, dispatching technicians, filing, posting checks, and typing material. (You will be working with 1 other office person and 4 technicians.) You will also be doing general bookkeeping such as helping with invoicing, payables and basic payroll. Since this is a small company, there are no advancement opportunities, however, you will continually be busy and challenged. Self starter, independent worker needed. Casual environment - you can wear jeans and a nice sweater/shirt. Qualifications: Must have basic Word and Excel, pleasant and friendly personality, and excellent attendance record. Position Purpose:
Answer incoming telephone calls on a multi-line system, provide cash handling services to clients and inform clients of Bank products on a daily basis.
