Job Description:
Under general direction oversee management of electronic file submissions and receipts for the regional billing office, including compliance, billing and collections, analysis, and personnel.
Oversee management of electronic transmission of billing data.
Oversee compliance in billing offices including but not limited to training in policies/ procedures and implementation of Company’s Billing and Collections Manual.
Work with Corporate IT to direct file transmissions to vendors/payers and ensure that daily files are addressed accordingly by billing staff.
Attend partnership or governance meetings as required; act as liaison between the partners, operations and billing to troubleshoot issues.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
May require occasional travel.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum five years supervisory experience.
Minimum of five years medical billing and collections experience.
College level accounting coursework or on the job experience in accounting of accounts receivable.
