Verify accuracy and completeness of billing statements for both retail and wholesaleConfigure and administer the billing systemVerify and reconcile all aspects of the billing operation.Maintain the billing tables for both retail and wholesale rates.Also maintain the switch tables and billing system with intercarrier updates.Provide in depth troubleshooting of billing problems and testing of billing system functionality and billing quality.Follow and maintain effective audit trail.Provide auditing when necessary.Monitor and act on fraudulent activity. REQUIREMENTSBilling AnalystWe are looking for someone with:
