Audit Analyst

Analytical roles are available in a matrix work environment that provides opportunities to work closely with operational departments and associates throughout the organization.Associates in the finance area are involved in making strategic decisions, measuring and defining financial success and educating the corporation, while interpreting and communicating results and strategies.The primary responsibility of this position is to identify missed revenue opportunities, improper payments, or cost saving opportunities and strive to streamline the Billing and Pay Services area by improving key processes and systems, creating controls and measures, and identifying automation opportunities. The Audit analyst will network with Billing, Pay Services, CRDT, Sales, Customer Service and the customer.Title: Audit Analyst
Position located in Green Bay, WIPrimary Responsibilities:
1.Ensure the appropriate system and process controls are in place in the Billing & Pay Services areas. Perform Compliance audits to ensure process controls are working as intended to safeguard company assets.
2.Interview various associates from Operations, Sales, Billing Operations, Revenue Management, Customer Service and Pay Services to gain an understanding of the customer billing, payroll and Accounts Payable processes.
3.Perform in-depth analysis and interpretation of customer requirements and operational/customer service set-up as it relates to billing, customer payment trends, pricing data, and internal billing procedures to identify process or customer defects.
4.Establish credibility and trust with leaders and associates in order to facilitate change based on audit recommendations.
5.Challenge people and processes to positively impact results.
6.Develop action plan to resolve or eliminate process flaws and customer issues. Prioritize actions to gain efficiency using the 80/20 rule.
7.Establish action steps with specific follow-up dates and accountabilities to ensure actions become implemented.
8.Share learning's with Billing Operations/CRDT/Revenue Management/Sales/Pay Services departments via department meetings or other modes of communication
9.Obtain extensive knowledge of current SNI systems to include Order Entry, Imaging, Events, Lawson, SRMS, CMS, etc., and understand how one impacts the other.
10.Working knowledge of Excel, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Cognos.
11.Ability to travel on occasion.Qualifications:
1.Minimum of 5-7 years experience with 2-3 years in an Internal Audit role
2.Solid understanding of the process from order creation to invoice resolution.
3.Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
4.Must be able to interact positively with internal associates in order to initiate change.
5.Self-directed; ability to work independently and as part of a team
