Key Responsibilities:“In-charge” of audits - responsible for all stages of the audit - planning, fieldwork and “wrap-up”Prepare financial statements with disclosuresReview of client SEC filingsMake suggestions to improve client processes and accounting proceduresResponsible for training and supervising Level 2 & 3 associatesDocument, validate, develop tests and assess various control systems
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Four-year degree in AccountingCPA - a plus3+ years prior work experiencePrior supervisory experience
