The Assistant Tax Director will be looked at as a leader within the tax group and the entire organization management staff. The primary responsibilities will be to direct the company's day-to-day federal & state income tax compliance for multiple affiliated companies and joint ventures, including the company's international operations. Develop and implement tax reporting process improvements and participate in planning international corporate structures and transactions.
