Assistant Collections Manager

Responsible for coordinating daily collection activity consisting of development of more effective collection campaigns.
Collection of high risk, seriously delinquent or loans requiring special attention as may be designated by senior management
Ensure Collection department accomplishes the goals established for the department
Responsible for monitoring and reporting collection productivity and/or activities to senior management
Plan, develop and monitor daily activities
Perform general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff performance
Independently interpret, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
5+ years experience in loan servicing and/or collections preferred
Effective supervisory skills
Extremely detail oriented
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Excellent at meeting established guidelines and timelines
Skilled in applicable computer software, e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
