Analyst, Corporate Tax

Functional Area: ProfessionalPosition Description: Responsible for the preparation/review of federal and state income/franchise tax returns; ensuring that all returns are filed on a timely basis in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. Performs tax research and participates in the handling of examinations by government authorities. Ad-hoc projects as needed.

4-5 years of corporate tax experience
Knowledge of income tax concepts
Solid analytical skills
Ability to work with accounting staff within the organization
Proficient in Excel and computer-based accounting/fixed asset systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to conduct research
