This position will be designing customized defined benefit plan programs, performing the annual valuation of the plans, as well as marketing responsibilities. Other responsibilities include preparing work plans, proposals, and engagement letters, conducting employee education meetings and seminars, and business development.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have:

o Bachelor's in Actuarial Science or Mathematics

o ASA/EA or FSA/EA status is preferred

o 3-6 years related experience in retirement plan actuarial valuation

o Strong knowledge of cash balance plans

o Preferred experience in small plan market
