Details:
As accounts receivable supervisor you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the accounts receivable group to ensure accurate billing, collecting and reporting of accounts receivable. You must be able to operate in a high volume, deadline driven and detail oriented environment. You must have the ability to interact professionally with various levels of employees and management.

Duties include:
Managing and training the accounts receivable team
Insure accurate and timely invoicing of our growing customer base; which includes private party and state billings.
Provide customer service for incoming billing inquiries;
Working, reviewing and calling aged accounts to ensure collection of funds
Maintain accounts receivable information by designing and implementing systems and practices;
Manage cash receipt posting to ensure accuracy
REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
While we expect you to wear many hats to help the company succeed, you should possess the following requirements:

Bachelors Degree preferred.
2-5 years of experience supervising the accounts receivable function. Great Plains experience a plus.
Strong communication and managerial skills.
