Accounts Receivable

Outstanding career opportunity with a growing 11 year old telecommunications company. Andiamo Telecom, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist who is a team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.

Job Duties:

Researching and resolving accounting questions with customers;
Posting and depositing customer payments;
Credit card auditing & processing;
Auditing of third party electronic payments;
Month end reconciliation;
Handling refund checks to customers;
Processing commissions;
Other various accounting tasks including data entry and filing
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have:

1 – 3 years experience in Accounting;
Willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities;
Strong aptitude for learning new systems and software;
Pro-active personality with ability to anticipate needs and work independently to a solution;
Demonstrated competency with Word, Outlook & Excel;
Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
