Accounts Payable Specialist

Our Administration Office in Surprise has a position available for an experienced Accounts Payable person. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in general accounting (health care a plus), possess MAS90 or similar accounting software skills, have the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize, meet and deal effectively with internal and external clients, and have excellent business English, spelling, punctuation, and oral communication skills. The ability to speak Spanish would be a plus.

You will handle all accounts payable functions for the company and report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

REQUIREMENTS
Two years general accounting (health care a plus)

MAS90 or similar accounting software experience

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Ability to provide excellent customer service

Strong written and oral communication skills

Competency in dealing with people of various cultures and social status
