Accounts Payable Processor

Experienced A/P Processor for Permanent Position! We are looking for an experienced accounts payable processor to work with a homebuilding company in central Scottsdale. This is a direct hire position! Never a fee to the candidate. Hrs: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Prefer 2-3 years experience in this role. Excellent benefits available on staff. You will work with the accounting department in processing vendor invoices, coding and batching purchase orders, handling discrepancies, monthly accruals, account balancing and much more!! Must be computer literate having worked with Windows based systems. Will be entering data into client's own accounting software, knowledge of basic Word & Excel required. Good communication and customer services skills. May be asked to periodically cover the front desk for receptionist. Must be able to pass drug screen and background checks.
