Are you an Accounts Payable Accountant with 10 years experience, expert when the Payables module is integrated with the Inventory module? Read on, we have just the job for you!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Posting all inventory invoices into P21 with subsequent reconciliation for accuracy. Trouble shooting pricing problems, receiving errors, freight and tax issues included. Problem resolution. Vendor communication must be timely and accurate.

Processing all freight bills and providing documentation to A/R to bill customers when necessary.

Posting all expense invoices into P21. Insuring proper period and G/L coding by company, branch and department. Seeking necessary approvals when needed. Insuring A/P reports reflect timely due dates.

Processing all employee expense reports for accuracy and conformity to government and company regulations.

Weekly check runs.

Assisting Controller with Cafeteria program, commission reports, attendance reporting, H/R reports and other tasks as assigned.

Filing and mailing sorting.

Be organized, able to meet deadlines and take direction when necessary. Have a positive attitude, a passion for excellence and accuracy, strong Excel & Word skills, ten-key touch, and a team player. Good attendance is a must.

Some college accounting experience preferred.
