Accounting Manager / Controller

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 per year A quickly-growing distribution company outside of Opelika AL is seeking an Accounting Manager to head their growing accounting staff. Duties will include management of all accounting functions associated with a small distribution business with revenues between $25 million - $50 million. This includes management of A/P, A/R and Payroll with direct responsiblity for all financial reporting and analysis. The accounting manager will supervise a current staff of two. Qualified candidates MUST have 4+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller and a minimum of a 4-year accounting or finance degree. Advanced degree, CPA or CMA is preferred.
