You would help our firm to grow and expand throughout the Southwest U.S. We are launching a new division and so the job will involve projects as well as the daily routines of A/R, in-house billing, bank reconciliation and customer database management.

The ideal candidate has work experience with service industries. We are looking for an accounting clerk with solid experience with Quick Books and Excel.

You will be reporting to our accounting manager.

Pay is commensurate with your background.

Our team is fun, dedicated and professionally managed. We are focused on providing great customer service.

Compensation is $10k-$15/hr including up to 12 days paid vacation, holiday and sick time, and health care benefits.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented & computer proficient. We seek someone who is confident, competent, reliable, honest, hard working, friendly and fun.

The clerk needs a high level of experience with Excel, Quick Books and customer service. They are motivated by a challenge, team-oriented, and thrive on growth.
