Accounting Clerk

Very successful 22 year old construction company that promotes from within is looking for a talented bilingual individual to assist with the Human Resource and Accounting office.

Assist new employees with applications, insurance questions, payroll process

Run spread sheets on insurance claims, medical/dental, payments received

Match and Batch on receivables

Assist Payroll and become back up person (Timberline)

Communicate with site managers on payroll delivery, job updates with project managers

Ensure Spanish speaking employees understand company policies for payroll, insurance, cobra and other human resource related details

Make sure mail deliveries get out in a timely manner

Keep track of information on four unions
REQUIREMENTS
Construction accounting experience
Some payroll knowledge
Good communication skills- written and verbal
Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
Available to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Work in the North Central Valley
