Classification: Full Time Compensation: $33,000 to $36,000 per year Accounting Assistant/Accounts Payable Specialist
Well-respected and progressive Seattle development company seeks a driven and flexible Accounting Assistant/Accounts Payable Specialist to join their experienced and stable team. This position is responsible for matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices; researching and resolving AP issues with internal departments and vendors; updating/maintaining vendor files; some Account Receivable and Billing functions; and some account reconciliation. Experience processing 1099s and processing tax deferral transactions is HIGHLY preferred. Position pays between $33,000 and $36,000, plus OUTSTANDING benefits!
